| Goals | The aim of this course is to teach economic history of Turkey, to examine Turkey's place in the history of the world, to get students make comparative analysis on these subjects and to improve the students' ability of assessment in this regard. |
| Course Content | Monitoring the Ottoman economy and the change in the external world; Agriculture, industry, trade and transportation sectors in Ottoman economy; comparative analysis of the change in financial and social structure with the change in world economy. |
