Goals In this course; It is aimed to gain the competences to measure and control the machine parts.
Course Content Basic concepts in measurement, measurement system, Dynamic measurement systems, Analysis of experimental findings, Micrometers, Calipers, Pressure and temperature measurement, Thermometers, Thermal elements, Hardness measurement, Grain size measurement, Conversion of units in measurement systems. Measurement tools used in the machinery industry, measurement units will be discussed.

- Recognizes the units of measure and calculates how to convert them to each other
