Goals The main purpose of the evaluation course in special education is to identify the processes to be followed in the evaluation of students with special needs, to ensure that the selection, implementation and evaluation results of the evaluation means to create programs.
Course Content Basic concepts; Legal and philosophical foundations of the evaluation; Objectives of the evaluation; Medical, developmental, psychological and educational evaluation; EVALUATION PROCESS: Screening, diagnostic, placement, programming and evaluation of the program; Pre -sending process in the evaluation; Sending and detailed evaluation process; Formal evaluation methods; Informal evaluation methods; Curriculum Based Assessment; observation; Skill analysis; criterion -dependent tests; Working Sample Analysis; Performance Assessment; Reporting the evaluation process; Measurement Tools Development: Preparation, application, interpretation, use of measurement tools to determine the performance and development of students in various teaching fields.

- Explains the factors that should be considered in the measurement and evaluation process (appropriate vehicle selection, factors affecting test results, etc.).
