Goals These objectives are planned to be complete in the context of this lesson; 1-to learn the basic concept, principles, techniques and problems of measurement and evaluation 2-to promote students to be better teachers 3-to comprehend the test development process 4-to write different items formats 5-to learn about basic steps of test development 6-to understand how to assess and score
Course Content 1- The importance of measurement and evaluation in education and the basic concepts related to t 2- 2-Qualificaitons that an instrument should have, measurement errors, validity and reliability 3- Measuring cognitive behaviors 4- Test plana and test types 5- Statistical calculations on measurement results 6- Assessment and scoring 7- Assessment based on students

- Calculates test and item statistics using the scores obtained from the measurement tools.
