Goals his Career Planning course empowers students to determine their career paths by aligning their intelligence, personality, knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies. Students will gain awareness of these concepts, learn about Career Center resources and how to utilize them effectively, explore the Talent Gate platform, and gain firsthand insights into various industry sectors.
Course Content The Career Planning course, based on a framework drafted by the Presidential Human Resources Office, is recommended to be delivered through weekly videos and activities, along with guest instructors from university faculty, industry professionals, NGOs, and international organizations. Supportive activities within the course are designed to inform students about the methods and tools used in professional applications and equip them with the skills to use these effectively, reinforced through practical exercises. Career centers will provide hands-on support for the course through activities offering experiential opportunities to further develop students' skills. The suggested curriculum for the course structure and content is outlined below. This program may be adapted based on the specific characteristics of the universities and the departments of the enrolled students.
