Goals The quality of a countrys state, structure and the establishment of the basic organs and determining the relationship between them and their fundamental rights and freedoms of the contitution intended to describe the fundame ntal aspects of. Theoratically the information laid down in trying to be actualized with application examples.
Course Content Under the heading of general principles, constitutional and constitutional law, constitution and state, pluralist democracy, regimes in which pluralist democracy is applied, basic principles of democracy, use of sovereignty, separation of powers, political parties, elections. "Constitutionalist movement in Turkey" under the hood, the characteristics of the Ottoman Empire, Reform movements, the Tanzimat period, constitutionalism period, the liberation war period and the 1921-1924 and the 1961 Constitution, the basic principles of the constitution by examining the September 12 regime, legislative, executive, and legislative Relationships between execution are explained.
