Goals The objective of this course is to teach students an overview of psychopathology in childhood through adolescence from multiple perspectives, including biological, developmental, psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral and cultural.
Course Content Behavioural Disorders in Children and Adolescents.
Learning Outcomes - Studenst shall know normal and abnormal behaviors and features that are considered when assessing them, and recognizing mental disorders.
- Studenst shall distinguish the mental disorders and diseases from normal behaviors and know the characteristics of the symptoms.
- Studenst shall know the diagnostic systems and properties.
- Studenst shall know the theoretical approaches to explaining the causes of mental disorders and their criticisms .
- Studenst shall know the treatment approaches and properties of mental disorders.
