Goals It is aimed that the students acquire basic theoretical knowledge about the history of Turkish Education, develop the skills of researching, reading, writing, discussion and critical thinking about the course.
Course Content The history of Turkish Education course is a scientific subject that provide us the data which can bu used for making future planning and finding solutions for today's educational problems of Turkish society by making research.
Learning Outcomes - Students are able to divide Educational developments of turkish society into the historical periods and maintain main diffferences among them
- Studends correlate the dynamics that shape education in Asian period of Turkish society.
- Students can discern the differences on the change of education post-Islamic period of Turkish Society .
- Student may state the main characteristics of educational institutions and implementation of Turkish Society post Islamic era.
- Students can gain insights on Turkish educators and their perceptions in different historical periods.
- Students can explain the impact of Repiblic period on the Turkish education .
- Explain the development and transformation of different educational levels in the Republican period.
