Course Content A. In lathes machining principles. B. Principles of chip removal in milling machines. C. Dragline and planing stock removal principles looms.

Weekly Topics (Content)
Week Topics Learning Methods
1. Week A. In the lathe machining principles: --- in cutting tool life affecting factors. --- Metal removal occurring during the causes and effects of shear forces.
2. Week --- Turning pens bench spot on the axis connecting the chips are removed. Above or below the center axis of the same item when connecting chip sees the problems that can occur during the removal process. --- Formed during the manufacture of lathe turnings types, advantages and disadvantages in terms of job security; chip breaker types and features.

12. Week E. With Brooch (broaching) machining principles: --- Broaching Ramada tool geometry and cutting event. --- broaching brooch machinery types and properties.
13. Week F. Thin metal removal processing principles: --- Thin processing requirements and specifications. --- Completeness of unsought surface fine processing methods used for polishing. (brushing, scraping, burnishing, polishing cabinets.)
14. Week --- Honing machines and types of tools and features. The construction of the honing process. --- Cleaning surfaces by grit blasting. --- Vibration to a method of cleaning surfaces.
