Goals Necessary for machine manufacturing; To gain competencies in assembly and motion transmission elements, practice and tolerances, surface treatment marks, drawing complete and detailed assembly drawings and reading catalogues.
Course Content Surface machining signs, dimensional tolerances tolerance zones and symbols, representation on the pictures shape and position tolerances, standart machine elements, bolt nut washer drawings, pin pins and wedges,bearings ball bearing assemblies, sealing components, gears, spur, helical, bevel gear drawings, belt pulley, rivets, welding, complete drawing, assembly drawings, manufacturing drawings.
Learning Outcomes - Can make three view drawings.
- Can read surface treatment marks and tolerances.
- Can draw a complete assembly drawing and manufacturing drawings.
- Have knowledge about design criteria.
