Goals The objective of this course is to inform the students about the theatre practices of the first half of the 20th century.
Course Content The course will focus on tanti-realist tendencies, avand-garde movements, political theatre, epic theatre, and absurd theatre in the mentioned era.
Learning Outcomes - Comprehends the intellectual trends in Europe in the relevant period.
- Has knowledge about the playwriting, acting and staging techniques of theatre of absurd.
- Gets knowledge about European and American theater in the relevant period.
