Goals This course aims to teach the basic fields of dramaturgy through practice. It also aims to teach the dramatical analysis of a play text, the reproduction of the text for staging, as well as the integration of theory with practice.
Course Content In this course, the basic concepts of the dramaturgy are supported by practice. By making a dramatical analysis made through a play text, it provides the production of a new text for staging and integration of theory with practice.
Learning Outcomes - Gets the ability of using the technical and professional knowledge that can solve the dramatic structure and internal structure relations of the text in an active and creative way.
- In this context, analyses fields such as theme, proposition, antagonism, conflict, situation, action, personification etc. by working on the text.
- Has information about the methods that can be followed to analyse a text dramaturgically.
- Acquires the skills of interdisciplinary study and cpnsequently supports his/her field knowledge
- By making applications about reading styles, sees different strategies of looking at the text, develops ideas and applies them.
