Goals To teach principles and concepts in horticulture, fruit species and varieties, vegetable species and varieties, production value and the number of garden plants in Turkey and in the world, factors of affecting the cultivation
Course Content Fruits and vegetables of horticulture, production areas and factors affecting horticultural production
Learning Outcomes - Students estimate potential of Turkish horticultural crops.
