Goals This course aims to gain competences related to professional ethics to students.
Course Content Investigating the concepts of ethics and morality, the importance given to ethical values and the importance of ethics in businesses, factors affecting ethical behavior, basic areas of business ethics (Business ethics, professional ethics, work ethics), examining the factors that play a role in the formation of morality, ethical climate and ethical codes Personal moral philosophies (idealism and relativism), disclosure, Managing ethical behavior: Development of ethical understanding and ethics education in businesses, human resources ethics, examining the consequences of professional corruption and unethical behavior in professional life, social responsibility, basic social responsibility areas and stakeholder management, agricultural ethics and case study analysis
Learning Outcomes - 1. To be able to give understanding of the concepts of ethics and morality

- To be able to list factors involved in the formation of morality
- To be able to recognize the concepts of professional ethics and social responsibility
- To be able to interpret the results of unethical behaviors in the profession
