Goals It is aimed to teach the theory of HRM functions at a sufficient level and to make the students gain the necessary information and ability to practice HRM functions. In addition, the relationship between human resource management and strategic human resource management will be presented and the differences will be announced.
Course Content Introduction to Human Resources Management, Organization of HR, Job Analysis, Human Resources Planning, Personnel Finding, Onboarding, Training and Development, Discipline, Performance Appraisal, Human Resources Information Systems, New Approaches.
