Goals To understand the principles of human behavior at work and to interpret problem sources of behavior and to develop intervention strategies to overcome these problems such as job satisfaction, conflict management, organizational culture, job stress, leadership behavior and so on. Related to these objectives, group discussions and case studies will take place in the class.
Course Content Individual and group behavior in organizations and work settings with the situational factors influencing the behavior are analyzed in relation to the contents of Social Psychology. Human behavior at work with its components is the main concern of this course.
