Goals Information about coaching and its development
Course Content Training concept and basic principles, trainer and definition, trainer's working methods, trainer types, trainer training, basic coach training program, draft levels of trainer training, training levels, structure outline and example of trainer training in the European Union, trainer training models in other countries
Learning Outcomes - Will be able to explain what are effective coach behaviors
- The trainer will be able to decide the features to be considered during the preparation process. 3. will be able to look critically at the coaching profession.
