The needs planning of the Ministry of Justice and the personnel needs of the current justice system, Justice Programs have been closed by the decision of the Presidency of the Higher Education Council No. 2023.16.303. After this decision, the Court Office Services program was opened in order to respond to the needs of a new program by taking into account the demands of the Ministry of Justice and the economic, social and cultural dynamics of the province of Düzce.
The justice system should adapt quickly to innovations and changing needs in legal processes. The fact that Düzce province is a region where industry and trade are developing rapidly has increased the workload of the courts. In this context, the Court Office Services program is designed to meet the need for personnel with effective communication skills who are specialized in legal processes.
