Students who successfully complete the program are entitled to receive a Doctorate degree in Turkish Education.
Those who fulfill the following conditions can apply to the doctoral program that is proposed to be opened.
· To graduate from undergraduate and graduate programs in Turkish education
Having at least 55 points from ALES or equivalent exam Equal Weight (EA) score type
Having at least 55 points from YDS, YÖKDİL or equivalent foreign language exams
The valid evaluation criteria for admitting students to the program are as follows:
o ALES: 50%
o Foreign Language: 10%
o Undergraduate Grade Point Average: 10%
o Science Exam: 3%
The provisions not included above will be applied in accordance with the relevant provisions of Düzce University Graduate Education and Training Examination Regulation.
The thesis, which will be prepared at the end of the doctoral study, must fulfill at least one of the qualities of bringing innovation to science, developing a new scientific method, and applying a known method to a new field.

The doctoral program consists of a total of twenty-one credits for students who have been accepted with a master's degree with a thesis, and at least 240 ECTS credits, including at least seven courses, seminars, proficiency exams, thesis proposal and thesis work, provided that it is not less than 60 ECTS. For students who have been accepted with a bachelor's degree, it consists of at least 300 ECTS credits, including 14 courses with at least forty-two credits, seminars, proficiency exam, thesis proposal and thesis work.

The program continues its activities with the coordinated work of the Head of the Department, the Deputy Head of the Department and the ECTS Coordinator.
The courses are taught within the framework of the criteria and teaching methods determined by the relevant Instructor who is responsible for each course.
A minimum of 240 ECTS including at least seven courses, seminars, proficiency exams, thesis proposal and thesis work, provided that the doctorate program is not less than 21 credits and 60 ECTS in one academic year for students who have been accepted with a master's degree with thesis. consists of credit.
