Goals The course aims to help students to comprehend the plan of the future by using numerical data. The aim of this course is to teach the basic concepts of statistics, descriptive data analysis, sampling, regression and variance analysis
Course Content What is statistics? Measurement, Data and Variables. Tables and Graphs. Probability. Bayes's Theorem. Probability Distributions.
Learning Outcomes - Students can explain the importance of quantitative analysis tools used in social sciences.
- Students can generate prudential estimations through historical data using probability theory.
- Students can apply the process that combines data collection, classification, making charts, analyzing with simple methods and reporting.
