Goals Learning the basic concepts and theoretical structure of macroeconomics is to examine and analyze macroeconomic factors such as economic growth, unemployment and inflation, which are necessary to understand and manage the general economic performance of a country.
Course Content Basic concepts of macroeconomics, National income calculations, Employment and Unemployment, Inflation, Consumption Expenditures, Investment Expenditures, Monetary and Fiscal Policies, Total Supply and Total Demand, General Balance.
Learning Outcomes - Students learn basic macroeconomic concepts and principles such as national income, aggregate supply, aggregate demand, inflation, unemployment, investment and consumption.
- Students understand economic growth factors and methods of measuring this growth.
- Students interpret unemployment rates and understand labor market dynamics.
- Students understand the causes, effects and control methods of inflation.
- Students learn the economic effects of central bank policies, money supply, interest policies, and budget policies.
