Goals a) Enable the student to question his way of thinking, cognitive structures and his social environment in the light of given knowlegde and to reorganize these by raising. b) As a field member in all activitities: Enable the student present a professonal attitude and an objective understanding as much as possible by handling all individuals’ idea, behaviour, perception, attitude and belief system in a supra-cultural viewpoint.
Course Content • Inform about the general frame of the course, teaching methods. • Cognitive Word: Basic concept. • Paradigm: Points of view with all aspects, archetips experiences. • Attitudes: Development and change • Three Social Impact Theory in social environment interaction: a) Development of group norm, b) Obedience, c) Compliance • Social Environment and Socializing. • Effective structures in socializing: a) Family b) Religion c) Education d) Cultural Environment e) Social Media • Mid-term exam, evaluation of mind-term exam. • The effects of media to the indivitualty, perceptions, cognitions and social changing. • Culture, ego and individuality. • Culturalizing and migration. Note: Will be taught by a guest instructor. • Organization, group, crowded, comminity, society and social interaction: a) Reasons of being a member of the group. b) Positive and negative results of membership of the group. • Groups types: Figural- nonfigural, Primary-secondary, Social Media Groups and reference groups. • Organization Psychology: a) Beliefs in organizations and stereo-types. b) İnternal and external changing of organizations.

1 Describes cognitive structure and its basic terms,
2 Evaluates the development of individuals’ paradigm and its process.
3 Can explain the development of main features of individuals and organizations attitudes, their change or their resistance to change with their reasons.
4 Explains the Social Impact theories that are quite effective in individuals interaction with their social environment.
5 Can use Social Impact theory in their works effectively
6 Can explain the qualification of structures that are effective in socializing, together with their efficiency levels.
7 Explains the differences between organization, group, crowd, community and society.
8 Can explain organizational psychology with its general and local features
