Goals To comprehend the formal knowledge of Turkish, to ensure the proper use of spelling-punctuation marks, to comprehend the elements and types of sentences, to gain the ability to write and speak without expression disorder, to make presentations in front of the public and to examine scientific texts and to gain the ability to take notes.
Course Content Morphology of Turkish language, sentence elements and sentence types, expression disorders, spelling-punctuation; presentation, poetry, essay, composition, story, newspaper, magazine studies and applications.

1 - Knows the formal structure of Turkish, uses spelling-punctuation marks in place. - Speaks Turkish in a correct, beautiful and successful style, has the ability to express himself/herself
2 - To be able to make presentations in front of the public, to be able to express information and thoughts at a level that others can understand, to use effective communication. - Have the habit of using dictionary and spelling guide.
3 Uses Turkish language in academic theses (undergraduate, graduate and doctoral) within the framework of thesis writing rules. - Gains the ability to analyze literary and scientific texts and take notes. - Recognizes idioms and proverbs and uses these phrases in oral and written expression.
4 He/She knows the morphological structure of the Turkish language and uses spelling and punctuation marks correctly.
5 They develop a reading habit and follow daily newspapers and other periodicals.
6 They speak Turkish correctly, beautifully, and successfully, and possess the ability to express themselves.
7 He/she knows the Turkish equivalents of commonly used foreign words around him/her.
8 They gain the ability to analyze and take notes on literary and scientific texts.
