1 Reaches a level to describe the normal structure and functions of the body's organs and organ systems.
2 Reaches a level to explain the etiology and pathogenesis of diseases ,the clinical and diagnostic characteristics within the framework of the biopsychosocial model
3 Gets the detailed and reliable anamnesis, and executes physical examination, basic medical interventions used in the diagnosis and treatment
4 Executes initial intervention of life-threatening illnesses , and provides patient transfer and transport when necessary
5 Selects and performs the highly effective methods with the scientific data and evidence-based in treatment of diseases.
6 Applies ethical principles of the art of medicine.
7 Makes health services, management, organization and financing of knowing. Medical application of knowledge and application of legal rules and risk management.
8 Carries out the principles of preventive medicine, and collaborates with other relevant stakeholders for protect the health of society and individuals
