Goals It is to address the theoretical background and values of local governments, which constitute an important part of public administration, and to ensure that Local Governments and Landscape Relationships are examined under different topics.

1 Describing the values that local governments are based on and their reflection in practice,
2 Defining special provincial administrations, municipalities, metropolitan municipalities and municipal unions, which are types of local governments
3 To accept the place and importance of local administrations in the management structure business and their relations with the landscape
4 Effectively using the web environment opportunities about Local Governments and landscape relations,
5 To be able to provide suggestions for the long-term development of the landscape and to prepare reports on how the dynamics of the landscape (such as plants, water, scenery) can be guided by the actions of people and institutions.
