Goals In this course, it is aimed to equip prospective educators with the basic principles of the Turkish education system, local administration related to education, school management, school management, students, education and business-related works and school participation.
Course Content The formation of education systems and the structure of the Turkish education system; Basic laws regulating the Turkish education system; Central, provincial and foreign organization of the Ministry of National Education; Educational levels in the Turkish education system; Manpower, physical, technological and financial resources in the Turkish education system; Reform and innovation initiatives in the Turkish education system; organization-management theories and processes; school as a social system and organization; human resource management; student personnel affairs; jobs related to education and training; school management jobs; school, environment, community and family relations; Current discussions and trends about Turkish education system and school.
