Goals To gain sufficient knowledge about the subject by presenting information on research methods.
Course Content The course includes data analysis methods such as parametric and non-parametric tests, experimental research with repeated and non-repetitive measures (ANOVA), correlation and regression analysis, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis, structural equation modeling. SPSS, AMOS statistical programs are used for data analysis. Therefore, students will learn to use SPSS and AMOS programs.

3 Students learn about different perspectives on numerous theories, models, and paradigms developed in the fields of business (organization and management, organizational behavior, marketing, finance, accounting, human resources, production technology, etc.) and social sciences, and gain the knowledge and skills to evaluate, interpret, and critique scientific studies and research presented at various scientific conferences on these topics.
