Histology and Embryology Graduate Program was opened in 1998. 1 graduate student completed his education. However, due to the lack of teaching staff for a long time, students were not able to take it. Today, there are 2 professor, 1 assistant professor and 6 graduate students.

Our graduates who completed the program:
1. Histology and Embryology in the basic theoretical course information to comprehend,
2. Practice basic practical laboratory techniques and skills,
3. Be able to apply light microscopic tissue preparatıon and sectioning techniques,
4. Apply electron microscopic tissue tracking techniques,
5. Apply histochemical staining techniques,
6. Applying immunohistochemical staining techniques,
7. To be able to gain the skills of preparing effective presentations and expressing themselves,
8. To be able to communicate with team members and colleagues and gain attitudes of harmonization,
9. To be able to gain analytical and critical thinking, reasoning, synthesis and evaluation skills,
10. Scientific and experimental animal use can adopt ethical values,
11. To understand occupational ethic attitudes and behaviors,
12. To be able to comprehend the techniques of scientific research project preparation,
13. By adopting the importance of continuous learning, it is aimed to catch up with the evolving communication and technology age and become scientists who can follow the current literature.

Upon successful completion of the program, students are entitled to master's degree in Histology and Embryology.

This program is a graduate-level program.
[] Admission Requirements
In order to apply to the graduate program, candidates must have an ALES score that is not less than 55 points that will be determined by the Senate for the degree awarded to the undergraduate degree. In the acceptance assessment, the recommendation of EABDB / EASDB regarding which ALES score, science exam, interview and graduation grade averages will be applied in the same place is decided in Senat with EK approval. Masters program quotas and application conditions are announced on the institute's web site at the times specified in the university's academic calendar.
[] Course's Contrubution To Program
60 ECTS credits including 60 from the courses and seminar, 60 from the MS thesis and specialization courses are required. In order to be successful in a dersten of programs it has to be taken at least derby CB notation.
  To have a GPA of at least 3.00 out of 4.00 from all courses envisaged in the program and to be successful in the Seminar course and in defense of Master Thesis
[] Recognition of Prior Learning
Students enrolled in DU might be exempted from certain courses within the framework of certain regulations. A student can be exempted from a certain course provided related course content previously received from another institution complies with that of DU, which is subject to approval and verification by the Board of faculty/graduate school/school.
[] Description of Program
The Master's program in Histology and Emriology covers the theoretical and practical examination of the fine structure of the human body using a microscope, examining the development of zygotes, embryos and fetuses starting from germ cells. Microscopy and examination methods are taught and the ability to do scientific research and research is gained. Embryology education is also provided for the IVF certificate with training on assisted reproductive techniques.
