Founded in 2014 in accordance with the Institute of Social Sciences at Düzce University, the Master of Entrepreneurship Program was developed taking into account future trends in the developing world order. The main objective is to transfer the academic and vocational knowledge of entrepreneurship to the SME owner / managers and future entrepreneurs. The program has an interdisciplinary approach consisting of theoretical and applied courses covering various areas directly related to entrepreneurship of the business discipline.

Students who successfully complete the program are entitled to receive a Master of Entrepreneurship degree.

[] Admission Requirements
Having a bachelor's degree,
• The program applied by the Academic Personnel and Postgraduate Education Entrance Exam (ALES) has at least 55 standard points on the score type or at least 450 points from the internationally validated GMAT examination or at least 610 points from the "quantitative / numerical" part of the GRE test ,
• Being successful in interviewing / talent evaluation,
• The applications of the exchange students are made according to the admission conditions stated in the bilateral agreement signed by Düzce University and the partner university.
• Special students may register with the courses given in this program with the approval of the relevant department.
[] Course's Contrubution To Program
Students studying in the master program with thesis,
• Students must register at least 7 courses and seminar in the Master's thesis and complete 120 ECTS credits. In order to be successful in a dersten of programs he must have taken at least CB notches in dersten.
• To have a minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00 out of all courses envisaged in their program and to be successful in the Seminar course and Master thesis defense.
[] Recognition of Prior Learning
Students who are trained in DÜ may be exempt from certain courses within the framework of certain regulations. If the content of the course taken at another institution is approved by the relevant faculty / institute / college board of directors, the student can be exempted from this derstent. Recognition of Overseas Trainings Academic seminars and courses of students who have studied abroad as returnees for one or two semesters and are returning are recognized by DÜ. Students selected to take advantage of the Student Learning Mobility within the ERASMUS program are obliged to prepare a learning agreement with the ERASMUS Unit Coordinators they are affiliated with prior to the beginning of the mobility periods. This learning agreement; The partner university courses and ECTS values ​​that the student will learn. In addition, students are required to prepare a Recognition Sheet. In this document, the credit transfer to be made is determined by showing the equivalents of the courses that the students will take abroad. At the end of the exchange period, the courses taken by the student abroad are shown in their transcripts along with their original code and names and ECTS credits and grades. In the official transcripts of the pupils, there is an abbreviation of "ET" which means "lessons taken at universities abroad under the ERASMUS Program and cooperation agreements" besides these courses.

Düzce University is a curriculum with undergraduate and graduate studies in entrepreneurship under the roof of Institute of Social Sciences.

1 To give background information about history and concept of entrepreneurship.
2 To develop expert-level entrepreneurship skills
3 To indicate the relationship between entrepreneurship and other disciplines and develop a holistic viewpoint.
4 To train competent entrepreneurs in at least of one these fields: “Individiual entrepreneurship”, “institutional entrepreneurship”, “social entrepreneurship”, “international entrepreneurship”.
5 To develop the skill of using basic scientific research methods to solve problems faced in entrepreneurship.
6 To contribute to develop university-industry collaboration in entrepreneurship.
7 To contribute to develop entrepreneurship level of the country.
8 To evaluate events in entrepreneurship in line with social, scientific and ethical values.
9 To help people in preparing business plan and building innovative businesses, who have necessary sources to build.

[] Professional Profile of Graduates
The program contributes to the training of academicians and managers who have entrepreneurial, dynamic and analytical thinking and who can successfully work in design, production, application and research and development studies in various institutions.
[] The Upper Stage of a Transition
Graduates of this program can apply to Higher Education Institutions that provide doctorate education in the field of Entrepreneurship in order to get the degree of doctorate. They can also apply for doctoral programs in different areas, subject to the condition of scientific preparation.
[] Program Structure
The program continues its activities with the co-ordinated work of the Head of Department, Head of Department and ECTS Coordinator. Lessons are handled within the framework of the criteria and teaching methods determined by the relevant Instructor responsible for each course. Students take two semesters and two semesters prepare a master thesis. In addition to the Master's Thesis, specialization course is also taken. The student program which has completed the thesis and approved by the Institute has been successfully completed.

[] Graduation Requirements
The program consists of two phases; course and thesis stage. Students are required to take at least 21 credits of courses and seminars in order to complete the course and pass the thesis phase. After completing the course, the students can graduate from the department by passing thesis and completing their thesis.
